The itinerary below is our plan as it stands today although there may be some changes.
WEDNESDAY, JULY 17th
Our first day will be a full one as we drive up to the Palmyra area. On the way we're planning on seeing historic Kirtland Ohio, and the John Johnson farm. Youth will need to bring a sack lunch and snacks along the way and and money for dinner in Kirtland.- 5:00 am - Departure from Pilot Mountain Building
- 2:00pm-5:00pm - Kirtland Tour (2.5 hours)
- 11:30 am - Arrive at Hobart & William Smith College (H&W)
THURSDAY, JULY 18th
The second day will not be as busy since everyone will likely still be recovering from the long day of traveling on Wednesday.- 8:30 am - Breakfast @ H&W (1 hour)
- 9:30 am - Workshops / Games (2 hours)
- 12:00 pm - Lunch @ H&W (1.5 hours)
- 1:00 pm - Peter Whitmer Farm Tour
- 4:00 pm - Free Time
- 6:00 pm - Dinner & Dance @ Lyon Stake Center (4 hours)
- 10:30 pm - Back at H&W for bed
FRIDAY, JULY 19th
Our last day will be full of visits to very significant Church history sites. The end of the day and the trip will be capped off with the amazing Hill Cumorah pageant before boarding the buses for the return trip.- 8:30 am - Breakfast & Checkout @ H&W (1 hour)
- 9:30 am - Pack and Check Out (1 hour)
- 11:00am - Palmyra Temple Grounds (1 hrs)
- 12:00pm- Bag Lunch (1.5 hrs)
- 1:00 pm - Sacred Grove and Smith Family Farm (2 hours)
- 3:00 pm- Testimony Meeting @ Gathering Place
- 5:30 pm - Hill Cumorah Visiters Center (.5 hours)
- 6:00 pm- Dinner
- 9:00 pm - Hill Cumorah Pageant (1.5 hours)
- 11:00 pm - Depart for Home (~12+ hours)
SATURDAY, JULY 20th
- 11:00am - Arrive back at Pilot Mountain Building
